Greek Yogurt is amazing! I get the plain kind and add some Splenda to it. It's awesome in recipes too :)

Fage is definitely the best tasting, but I usually eat Chobani bc they sell the big containers of it and we go through it like crazy since my husband and I and our kids all eat it.

Today for lunch I had Chobani 0% Vanilla with 2 Tbsp Peanut butter and 1tsp honey and dipped apple slices in it. It is like a dessert it is the best!! Wasn't the lowest calorie lunch ever, but it was GOOD. My kids have that as a snack all the time.

Aside from cheese, I don't eat much dairy (I drink soymilk), but I decided if I am still going to eat dairy in cheese for the time being, I may as well try greek yogurt for the protein. I was a bit surprised at the texture when I had my first bite because it was so thick, but I actually really like it now and I have some almost every day. I've only tried Liberte so far: fig and date, and right now have honey. Both flavours are soooo good! Mine has no fat in it or very little, so you can have 3/4 cup for around 140 calories (can't remember off the top of my head), and around 15 grams of protein. I usually only eat half of that serving because it fills me up easily.
  • Add some vanilla bean paste and use it as topping for your fruit and it is better than anything you have ever tasted!

I've tried it and can only tolerate it in a smoothie, otherwise, no way. The taste is just not for me.:noway:
  • I love plain Fage, with added cinnamon and I use it as a dipping cream for my apples. Or I put it in smoothies, and sometimes I cook with it.
  • Great idea!!! I'll have to try the plain yogurt on tuna salads.

I've recently started with Greek yogurt too. I eat the Chobani, though I've not yet tried Fage which I should since it gets such rave reviews here. I've tried most of the flavors I wanted to try, just have the pomegranate and blood orange left. Otherwise the mango is my fave (though it's one of the 2% ones, but what can you do? :) Adding fresh blueberries to the mango is becoming my favorite breakfast.
  • best ingredient ever! I eat it all the time and love it in chicken salad (add curry powder mmm), in breakfast burritos like sour cream, shakes, oatmeal, mixed with PB and cinnamon to dips apples in.. I prefer Fage personally.

Love the PB/apple idea too! What are the proportions?

I use maybe a teaspoon of PB to a 1/4 cup of yogurt and add 3 or 4 shakes of cinnamon. I love the taste of the PB but don't want to eat too much fat in a small snack so "cutting" it with yogurt is great! It also blends into a very creamy dip.
  • Black cherry Chobani is my favorite  I also like the Chobani Kids honey-banana! I've never seem Key Lime greek yogurt...where can I find that? It sounds really good!

I go through a huge tub of Fage fat free plain a week! It is a superfood, and I hate yogurt too.

I use it in fish tacos and baked potatos instead of sour cream.

Drizzled with honey, cinnamon, and granola.

Mixed with a ranch or green onion seasoning pack and eat with veggies or fat free chips for a dip.

    Topped onto fresh fruit.

So many ways to eat it!!!

I love fage. I only do plain and 2%, not 0%. I add my own fresh or frozen fruit (frozen fruit in it keeps it cold all day in my lunch bag!!!) yesterday after my long run I had it with my omega 3 swirl in it.... Delish!!!
