wow in four months you lost 52 pounds?
Yeah, it's almost March though!! I started Oct 1, 2011 and weighed this am to record and it was 52lbs down and I don't starve either!! I eat what I like to eat becuase for me to get veggies and fruit I have to drink them ICK---and I do add them to protien shakes or I would not get them! I am at 60 something calories left for the day and I am actually about to go over becuase I am hungry and I eat when I am hungry, period. I know the # of calories I should eat per week at a 500 cal def per day so I just make sure I don't go over that for the week regardless of what I eat each day.0 -

Joined 40 days ago, have lost 14 lbs! Have lost 2 inches in waist and 2 inches in hips as well.:happy:0

39lbs so far - when I get to 41lbs - that will be me 1/4 of the way there - so that's taken me 95 days so in about a years time, I should be circling my target weight - and wow I am going to be sooooooooo fit and healthy by the time I get there - all excited about the journey0
