Hi,

My name is Liz and I am 30 years old. I just started going to the gym to tighten up my tummy and legs. I also want to start running, so until it is a but warmer outside, I am just doing about 20 minutes of cardio a day to get my heart and lungs in shape. Although I am on the small side naturally, my body is not in shape.

    Hello! I think you are doing so good for yourself right now! I am having the same problem though I don't want to run outside, I want to just walk. I can';t wait to the weather is warmer! Wish you the best of luck!!

    Hi Everyone! I am a mother of two that is just soo sick of excuses as to why I can't lose the weight. I started eating right and really using myfitnesspal.com about 3 months ago and have lost about 9 pounds so far. I wish everyone luck with their goals.
