***RESULTS: 30 Day Shred & then some...****

Normally I wouldn't put picture of myself (especially my belly) on the internet, but since seeing others "success stories" on this subject helped me to complete it, I feel as though it's a pay-it-forward kind of deal. So here we go....
I started 30 Day Shred on January 17th and did the workouts 6 days per week. I did 10 days at each level. It was a tough month but I like how it paid off. Completing the full 30 days was tiring and became a bit monotonous but I'm glad I did it. More than anything it kept me focused on working out and being reminded every day to stay strong. And while I didn't always eat healthfully, I almost always stay within my calorie goals.
DISCLAIMER:
30 Day Shred was not the only physical activity I was doing this month. I also started:
-Zumba 2-3X's per week
- Pilates 1X per week
- Elliptical for 45 minutes 2X's per week
- Various other small workouts and challenges
- I also ate a 1200-1300 calories per day
RESULTS:

Weight................199.................192.6...............-6.4 lbs
Left thigh............23....................22.5.................-0.5 in
Rt thigh...............23.5.................22.5................-1 in
Lt bicep..............14....................13.....................-1 in
Rt bicep ............13.6.................13.25...............-0.35 in
Hips....................47.5.................45....................-2.5 in
Neck...................13.75...............13.25..............-0.5 in
Belly button........46....................44.5................-1.5 in
Waist...................35.5.................33.75............-1.75in
****I took all of these measurement (besides neck, waist, hips, weight) after completing level 1>>>so I probably lost more than what is actually listed***
I think the biggest difference is in my back. Who likes back fat anyways

*wolf whistles* you look great, i agree, especially on you back. a great inspiration too, just done my 3rd day on 30ds, how strange though, im craving my zumba workouts too. i think i'll start doing both tomorrow and see how i go, even if i can only mange 2 mins :blushing:0
