Strengthen the muscles in those areas to provide support, then push harder, deeper, faster. OMG, chubbing...LMAO

Out of all of these replies...this is the 1st to make me laugh out loud. Well done!

As a woman, I can say the clear answer is to always PUSH HARDER!

Oh wait, on topic... those are some strange symptoms you are describing. Aching = understandable when beginning a new activity. Swelling and Popping = not normal. Go to a dr.

In the immortal words of the Jerk's Navin R. Johnson...

    - Don't trust Whitey.
    - Lord loves a workin' man.
    - See a doctor and get rid of it.

See a doctor and don't push through it unless you get an "all clear."

    LMBO!!!!

See a doctor first before you just give up. Sometimes there are things we can have done for preventive measures. By the way....shame on me for clicking on this link! :blushing:

on topic you should really see a doctor and see what's wrong
    Giggidy, I agree.

Joints aren't something you want to mess with, they don't just grow back. I should know, I've been dealing with joint problems all my life. You should definitely seek a doctor's opinion on whether they think you should push through the pain or if you're risking permanent injury.

    My opinion is: Pull out!
