Here is a good idea for breakfast or snack!
1/4 cup quick oats
1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories)
small handful of blueberries
little bit of brown sugar/stevia (optional)
tbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!)
Mix it all up into a coffee mug!
Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it doesn’t overflow! Add an extra 30 sec if it needs to firm up.
ooh! had this for breakfast this morning! didn't have any milk though, so i threw a bit of unsweetened applesauce on top after I took it out of the microwave... was delish! Could totally have this as a dessert too!0 -
I tried this for breakfast this morning - so yummy AND filled me up! Going to try some other fruit/ seed options to mix it up0

mine looked very similar. egg whites seemed to settle on the bottom making it abit rubbery texture. And it wouldn't stay together... I'll try again though0

Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I have made it for the 2nd day in a row and love it....was starting to get bored with the same old breakfast.
Anyway, I didn't have any blueberries so I used blackberries....Yum
Thanks again.0 -

I just made this. :flowerforyou: :drinker:
It was absolutely divine! I used a mixed berry frozen fruit -- added a dash of cinnamon, and a little flax seed. Then when out of the cup, topped with 1/2 container of greek yogurt and a few slivered almonds. OH MY GOSH! And sooooo easy! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -
"bump" (or any other post actually) just gets the thread back up to the top of the list for ease in locating it later on.0
