Lost 1 lb but do feel like I'm back on track with the start of a new month. Why is that always such a cleansing feeling?
Am I EVER going to break into the 170's????:sad: :sad: :sad:
2 lbs away and I feel as though I may as well be 50.
Maybe the word "Cleanse" should be a hint and that's what I need to do to get a jumpstart into the 70's. anyone have any luck with a product or recipe?

I went up this week 0.8lbs and I am disgusted ... I did a last chance workout on the treadmill and drank a stack of water so I am wondering if this may be the reason :noway:

Hi everyone and thank you for updating your stats this week.
I did post a notice on 6/26 that I wanted to move our thread under the Motivation Board as it's coming up under Introduce yourself and seems a little redundant seeing as we're heading into week 8 of our challenge and not exactly newbies anymore.

Candace- I hear you. A LOT have dropped out of this challenge but who cares. We're in it for the long haul and that says a ton about our drive and commitment!
I had an horrific week- a disgusting GAIN of 4 lbs and that's all I shall say on that subject. I'm still here and as we do this by the honor code I had to erase my initial entry of a 5lb loss (lol) and stay true to myself and our group even as I hang my head in shame.:embarassed:
So....I'll talk to you all under this header in the Motivations Board!!!0 -

A new year and a new challenge. I am up for this. Like you I have gainned weight and have been slowly losing but my better half is forever asking me to go out for dinner and 2 drinks later I am eating and this does not work. So today, I am going to be faithful to myself and not let anyone deter my efforts.
Even though I started today, I didn't take my weight but I did get weighed on Saturday at Jenny Craig, but I will post my info this Friday.
