    5. I always try to hit 1000, but it usually ends up around 700
    6. I don't think so. Gaining if anything, I only weigh in once per month
    7. No clue, I was 92 lbs around January 1st, gained eight pounds in six weeks. I was 100 on February 4th.

    P.S. I feel like I could answer this thread so much better on March 4th (next weigh in day) to see my real progress.

    I was 120lbs pre-children but I'm having such a hard time losing the "baby weight" that honestly I'd settle for 135lbs at this point. I just want to feel pretty again :( I admit, I am the one to blame since I don't seem to stay consistent with my eating/exercising so I am working on that. I enjoy food so much now and hate to feel like I can't have something... but you all are an inspiration!! All short like me and in great shape (some even after children, which REALLY inspires me).

    6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) Yah :) but it's slowed down. I seem to average 1-2lbs a week but can go two weeks with no loss then lose 4 lbs the next! And I lose inches every week :)

    I think that you are already at your fit and sexy goal. I hope to look as good in a swimsuite as you by the time I reach my goal wieght.

    5. how many net calories do you eat? It varies - I'm set to 1350 and on the days I workout I don't eat my exercise cals back so on a non-exercise day about 1300 and on an exercise day about 850

    are you still losing? (if so, how fast) Yes, but because I'm close to goal weight it's about .3 per week

    Cals/Net cals: gross cal # really really varies, but net cals average 500 to just under 1000. Trying to increase it though, still trying to find what works for me
    Losing: no weight loss since I started Jan 15, but I have gone down 3% body fat
    Gw: 95-100, unless I'm happy with my body before that. Trying to focus more on how I feel/look than the number

    4. 1,200 when not playing volleyball. Almost 2,000-3,000 when I have a huge game.

    6. I've not lost any. I started, but then it stopped!

    Your body is starving. I'm not at all surprised you're not losing weight. You need to eat a MINIMUM of 1200 net calories. Seriously you must know that. It's posted all over this website...
