    Guess I'm doing something wrong. Have made it twice and am really not impressed. I'll give it a shot with egg beaters next time instead of whole egg and see how that goes.

    Blech! I made it as directed and it was inedible. Definitely doesn't look like the picture, and tasted even worse. I threw it out!

    made some yesterday for myself and the kids. they didnt like it much - but ate it.
    mine was kinda chewy/too eggy... i might have cooked it too long though. im gonna try again when i get some brown sugar and might use a bit more milk..
    it definitely didnt look like the pic, but i wasnt expecting it to. microwave cakes/muffins usually just look like lumps lol
