Blech! I made it as directed and it was inedible. Definitely doesn't look like the picture, and tasted even worse. I threw it out!
Mine was way, way too eggy
Just tried making it because I was craving something sweet .. and it just tasted like egg gone wrong.
Any ideas where I might have stuffed up?0 -

Here is a good idea for breakfast or snack!
1/4 cup quick oats
1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories)
small handful of blueberries
little bit of brown sugar/stevia (optional)
tbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!)
Mix it all up into a coffee mug!
Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it doesn’t overflow! Add an extra 30 sec if it needs to firm up.0 -

I don't have any fresh berries on hand, so I substituted 1 tablespoon of blackberry jam (25 calories). It turned out great, and it was sweet enough.0

I made this tonight as I was craving a little something sweet. I added 3 chopped fresh strawberries and had to nuke it for 90 seconds. I added some fat free vanilla yoghurt. It was delicious and hit the spot. Thanks for posting the recipe.0 -
