Me either, or that damn duck walk! I am doing week 3 one last time tomorrow for a total of 6 days on that horrible week. I am so hoping week 4 is better. I liked week 2 a lot though.0 -

I don't get very low doing the duck walk. I can get down on the squat and roll onto my back, I just can't get back up! I did it once and my knee popped and I decided to just fake that one. No sense in ruining my knees so I can't work out at all.
Sandy, the first 2 weeks are actually not that bad, you could do those until you're ready to move on. I'm going to preview week 4 so I know what I'm up against.0 -

I just started week 2 today and believe it or not for me week 2 was much easier then week one.
I thought week 2 was easier for me as well. Weeks 3 and 4 were more difficult. I adjusted my weights and used heavier ones for week 2 but went a little lighter when I started week 4.0 -
I'm in, just opened my copy this morning.
I'm praying my body will cooperate since all I've been doing so far is walking.

I took a rest day yesterday, so today is day 2 for me. *shudder* I really need this though, it shows just how out of shape I am, hoping I'll be bad *kitten* next month. LOL0
