Peanut butter and whiskey.0

I only bother if I'm hungry to eat them. Like today I ended up with 310 extra calories for the night. I decided later on I will probably want somethign sweet so I will have an orange (87 cals) and so I ended the night with 230 calories left over.
As long as you aren't hungry, it doesnt' hurt to have a deficit every now and then. (as long as it isn't: You're supposed to eat 1200 but only ate 600)0 -
All natural peanut butter with about four mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top!0
-
I don't understand the question. (as in I like to eat to much for this to ever happen - haha) I would celebrate!0
-
usually I don't eat them, but I don't usually have more than a couple/few hundred to spare, so I figure I'm not depriving myself. sometimes I'll have a hearty bowl of oatmeal or cereal or a cup of chocolate milk, made with 2%. peanut butter and jelly is another option (if not just a spoonful of peanutbutter mmmm)0

Anything im in the mood for0

I had a tablespoon of peanut butter just now. Nom0

I always save room for ice cream, hershey's syrup and sunflower seeds after dinner. How many calories I have left tells me how much I can have. Though if I've had a really good calorie burn, I still may not hit my total calories, but I am never too far off. I like food too much to leave too many calories!0

Since I'm a huge juice fan and I'm trying to wean myself off it oh and my favorite peach soda! If I have calories left no matter how many I only limit myself to 4oz of juice or soda. I know the sugars are horrible but its a great way for me to have control and not be going crazy for it where I binge on it. Only until I can go without it completely.0

I just starting logging here, but I've used other programs to log my calories and I end up evening out over a month and over each week. I am hanging around 1200, but I have days were I eat more. If I have an excess because I am trying to lose I do work out extra, but if I'm a little under I know that I will eat over a day.
If I have extra for a day and I am hungry in the evening I eat a orange, love cheese(I'm sure it is obvious in my food journal) and I like almonds.0 -
When it's later at night and I realize I still have a huge chunk left I'll usually spoil myself with a glass of hot chocolate or some other bad snacky thing, peanut butter and jelly bagel, something splurge-y. It doesn't happen too often.0

OH! how could I forget.. candy.. I love spearmint leaves, Perugia baci kisses... rocher hazelnut nummies.....0

I eat food - it's usually nutritious, since I don't typically have junk around me, but there's no one specific thing I have.0
-
Well for the first time today, since I've benn calorie tracking. I will indulge in a nice chocolate donut (entenmann's) with a glass of skim milk! I have earned it!0

I give myself 1700 a day cos im maintaining, and I'm pretty much starving is I only hit 1200!! Or even 1400!
Today. I had a lot left over, cos I eat my exercise cals too!
So it bought my food intake to 2000. Which in the UK is the average and recommended so I'm not too bothered.
Had about 500 cals left and was hungry, so made my self two pitta breads stuffed with chicken and salad with honey and mustard dressing (low fat) !
It was definitely needed!0 -
I usually just let it go, I figure as long as you are eating healthy and exercising and staying close to your calorie count you should be fine.

I like to have popcorn with kernel seasoning's.
I also LOVE raw tomatoes, sliced with some kosher salt.0 -
1 or 2 pieces of chocolate, if there are any left after that, i tell myself that's my 'cushion' for the weekend.0
-
Don't eat anything!! I save them, so that if I have a few more calories on the weekend or a glass of wine, I am still ok for the week. As long as you have eaten enough protein for the day, SAVE THEM .
Won't this slow down your metabolism if you're short on calories, especially by a lot?0 -
A lean protein such as a protein shake with either water or unsweetened Almond Milk or fruit0

I love yogurt, nuts, popcorn or some sort of baked chips/crackers with fat free cheese.0

1/8 cup of quick oats- 38 c
1/2 TBSP butter -50 c
2 tsp. light brown sugar- 30 c
total calories- 221
and now I am totally full and happy too. I still came in 78 calories under.0 -

Unless I am hungry I don't force myself to eat. If i want to though, I will eat some lowfat cheese with multigrain crackers, pretzels with peanut butter, fruit, almonds and raisins, or if I want to be a little naughty I have a couple of cookies or some ice cream. Usually though, I just don't worry about it much.0

Whatever I feel like eating.0

"I like to have my version of dessert! Silhouette dessert yogurt or plain vanilla yogurt with added nuts and fruit! One of my fav combinations is vanilla yogurt with a spoonful of natural crunchy peanut butter, pecans, and a little bit of granola or oatmeal. Taste like a peanut butter oatmeal cookie "
definitely trying this, yum0
