This topic is for posting your pics and timeframe here.
I love being able to see all the fantastic results of people losing weight, but one of my biggest questions, which isn't always answered, is how long did it take you to lose it.
Especially if you haven't finished yet, it is always encouraging to be able to analyse realistic goals for losing weight in a certain timeframe.
Me: I am currently 98kg (216lbs) and going into my fourth week on MFP. I have lost a total of 2.5kg (5.5lbs) so far, so there is no visable change, but I am on day 15 of the 30DS and feeling fitter from doing it.

My pics are here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/503638-25lbs-down-before-and-during-pics
I've lost 25 lbs in 5 months (consistent average of 5lbs a month/1 and a bit lbs a week). I am hoping to stick to that and lose another 15lbs by the end of May/start of June.
I lost 15lbs in 3 months before joining MFP, and 10lbs in the 2 months after joining - although I was losing before, I like the supportive atmosphere here and the accountability.
I've been eating well, mostly clean and home cooked (very occasional restaurant but only having "good" choices), only drinking small amounts once or twice a week, staying within my calories for the week (but somestimes going a bit over once or twice a week). I exercise most days by cycling to and from work (1 hour round trip), do bootcamp 3x a week, occasionally do a pump or yoga class, and run once or twice a week.
I eat back most, but not all, of my exercise calories (unless I am really hungry!) and generally eat whenever I am hungry or feel like it, but make sure my snacks are fruit and nuts, or a protein shake, or an egg white muffin or something similar.0 -
