This looks like a recipe from skinnytaste.com where she makes cupcakes w/ pumpkin. You can check out the site for more info if you need it. I have made them and they are delish.

Editted actually I just checked and the ones on that site use pudding mix and water. I'll have to try these. They are less calories. Thanks for sharing.

I made these and got 22 regular sized cupcakes out of it. They were really yummy!
I filled them with whipped cream made from coconut milk cream and some cocoa powder. That added about 10 calories per. I didn't measure how much I used per cupcake, so I'm not certain.
