Im 22. weigh 190. 5 foot 7. wear size 13 pants and im hoping to get back to size 9. I would like to lose 30 - 40 Lbs. we will see what happens.
Ive tried before. I got down to 175 last summer. but stopped working out. Then my grandpa died in November so i just overate ALOT. now im the heaviest ive been.

    I am a bit younger but have about the same weight loss goal. I weight about 30 lbs. more than I ever have, I feel like it is because I moved in with my boyfriend and just got careless! Now I am ready to have some people to encourage me so I can feel good about myself again!
