I began my journey April 2011. My GW is 150-145.
The first pic is from 5/2009. I am not sure how much I weighed, but it was at least 260 lbs.
This is from 6/2010 and I weighed about 260 lbs, give or take 5 lbs.
This one was taken 11/2011 and I think I was around 200 lbs.
This was taken 2-3 weeks ago at 195 lbs.0 -
down 35 pounds 1 year
Holy cow, that looks like way more than 35 lbs! Congrats!! Also, you look about 10 years younger. I am inspired!0 -
My pics are here. Took 8 months to get there. Have a long ways to go still. Ugh.

I absolutely hate taking pics, when I look in the mirror I like what I see, but then someone snaps a pic and I am like really how can I look so bad and not know it. Hopefully this will change as I start to loose more.0

I started my weight loss journey at around 165-170lbs and was TOO ashamed to take any before pictures. I wish I had, but I have them starting at around 145lbs. I'm 5'1, currently around 125lbs, maybe a little less, and I started losing weight in July 2011. I've lost a little over 40lbs at this point and my goal weight is around 100-110lbs! : ) I'm wearing a size 3 in pants, but they are starting to get way too loose. I mix it up with both cardio and strength training.
The last photo to the right is around 127-128lbs in case you can't see it.0 -
The following photos are from August, September, November, and December (four months). I actually didn't lose ANY weight in the first three photos; I'm 150lbs in all of them. In the last photo my weight did drop a bit. I fluctuate between 142lbs and 148lbs - so I call myself 145lbs.
August 2011 and January 2012
I'm pretty much in love with the barbell
I'm 5' 5" for reference, and currently a size 4 or 60 -
Eating at maintenence now, working on strength. IDGAF about my weight - working towards 18-20% bodyfat and athletic achievements (ie: Tough Mudder) I never dreamed of while eating at a big deficit :drinker:
ETA: I'm 5'6", almost 40 and have had a child0 -
Great pictures! I think I'm going to do the same thing myself. I can't believe such a difference with 15 pounds! Good job.0
