    Thanks everyone! And as my girl PSYCHME said, I do eat! Thats right! And I do cheat and some days I even skip the gym. I am not going to kill myself for eating 300 extra calories and you shouldnt either!

    I think if we focused a little less on *daily* calorie count and focus a little more on *weekly* calorie counts, we would see that a bad day of 300, 400, 500 over on one day doesn't have to ruin the entire week if we look at the larger picture and plan for those days, we can recover from them rather gracefully. Have fun, enjoy life, and be responsible. It's all possible!
