    Week 4=130 After a week of splurging I am just shocked I did not gain :) YAY. I hope we continue this through March.

    -21 in February!!!

    I started losing weight on January 29 - and it totals -25 pounds lost!! Super excited, but glad the progress is slowing down a little :D Gotta be able to maintain :)

    i've been eating between 1200-1400 calories daily, exercising for 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week including elliptical, treadmill, and rowing machine

    I forgot to weigh this morning! The phone rang right after my alarm went off, it was my daughter's school's automated message system saying that there was a 2 hour delay because of impending weather. Twenty minutes later we were camped out in the basement because of tornado warnings and funnel clouds spotted near our home. Everything and everyone is fine but all the chaos made me forget to weigh in. I've been up for 3.5 hours and had breakfast so it's too late to do it now with any accuracy. I'll be back tomorrow with my weigh in.

    FEB 29 Ended at 180.8
    Total lost is 9 lbs . one lb more than I had planned .
    I love this tracking program ! It is the first time in a long time that I am successful .
    Will now start for March. My goal is to loose 6 lbs .

    Watching Calories, exercising at home (Walk away the Pounds, Biggest Loser DVD, Pilates) least 30min a day 5x a week

    I was trying to be realistic when I set my monthly goal for 5 to 10 pounds....I'll take an 11lb loss any month.

    I triéd weighing in after Wednesday but I was blocked out. I'm happy to see its open again. I'm working out daily and watching my calories.

    Feb 22=198 still exercising and watching calories.
    March 6=197.
