I don't know how to post pics, but check my profile photo. (I just made it today, I'm so proud of myself, lol!)

In May of 2011 I was close ot 260lbs. Size 18/XXL/XL

In August of 2011 I started a Biggest Loser competion at work and this is what started my weight loss transformation. I believe i started using MFP shortly after.

    As of Today I am 215 (-45lbs). Size 12/L

    I've even went from a 8 1/2 shoe to a 7 1/2

My goal is 150, size 8/M

    I'm 5Ft tall.
  • Everyone looks amazing! Some of the guys even have that vein-y muscle definition, which is incredible. Bravo! :) I kind of wish I could sticky this thread and look at it whenever I need a kick start.

Not sure if this is going to work.

I started my diet on January 31

These two are me in December

And this was today 13.5 pounds lighter.

Not sure if you can tell a difference. I am going to start taking pictures of myself with the same outfit on every week (the last picture).

    Fixed it for you!

I LOVE threads like this. When I first started using MFP I would look at these threads for inspiration and motivation on hard days. I'm here to say, you can push through those hard days. This CAN be you. And if you are willing to work for it, it WILL be you.

    May 2011-170lbs. // November 2011-147lbs.
    Nov32011022-1-1.jpg

I've been stuck for the last few months, but I'm okay with that as there is so little to lose at this point to put me at my goal. I'm now at 143lbs. I'm not planning to take more comparison pictures until I reach my goal. But I'm down from a size 12 pants and dress to a size 8 which is loose. I'd do better in a juniors 7 pants.

I started my weight loss journey at around 165-170lbs and was TOO ashamed to take any before pictures. I wish I had, but I have them starting at around 145lbs. I'm 5'1, currently around 125lbs, maybe a little less, and I started losing weight in July 2011. I've lost a little over 40lbs at this point and my goal weight is around 100-110lbs! : ) I'm wearing a size 3 in pants, but they are starting to get way too loose. I mix it up with both cardio and strength training.

The last photo to the right is around 127-128lbs in case you can't see it.

    OMG!
we have the similar stats. I started at around 168-170 and Im 5'2 and 120 is my goal. your post just motivated me to keep on pushing in the right direction! =)

Way to go everyone!!! You are all my inspiration, yesterday, today and tomorrow!

The before pic says July 2010 but I was about the same weight in March 2011 when I started my weight loss journey. I'm now down to 169 but haven't take a recent pic. I'm 5'7 and 43 years old.

The following photos are from August, September, November, and December (four months). I actually didn't lose ANY weight in the first three photos; I'm 150lbs in all of them. In the last photo my weight did drop a bit. I fluctuate between 142lbs and 148lbs - so I call myself 145lbs.

I'm pretty much in love with the barbell :)

    I'm 5' 5" for reference, and currently a size 4 or 6 :)

This is awesome! Just goes to show, weight training ladies! Even though the scale number is not going to move a ton you see the results more.
