I haven't a clue how to post the before and after and I am really just getting started but I have accomplished a LOT in just 2 months! My friends and family say the 19.2 loss isn't anything compared to the difference in my size and looks so I guess I'm doing SOMETHING right! BUT OMG the pics you all have shared are FABULOUS and thank you so much for sharing!!!0

Before: This is beginning of 2010 before really applying any knowledge of diet to what I was doing athletically. Also before I switched from power lifting to triathlons

Up at 4 am. Swimming/biking/running/lifting by 4:30 or 5 at the outside. Shower at 7:15. Work 8. Also plan out ALL my meals for the week prior to grocery shopping on Sunday and I'm constantly scouring the internet for healthy meals.0 -
