I made this a few weeks ago. We found it very salty, but Im sure well make it again. It was excellent on salad.

We used 4 breasts, and a half bottle of Franks.

    145 cals/serving
    2370 mgs of sodium!

I made this the other night for dinner - so yummy!! Some alterations I made, I didn't add the ranch seasoning while the chicken was cooking, instead I used a little ranch dressing on the hoaggie when I served it. A few more calories, but way less sodium, which was a more important change for my hubby's high blood pressure. I also added a half a slice of havarti cheese melted on top (totally optional, but I love cheese!!)

I have been using the leftover meat in salads as a low cal lunch this week. This is going into my recipe rotation for sure!

A girlfriend of mine recently made a dip similar to this, she just added greek yogurt and some shredded cheddar in it - served with celery stalks...very low carb and delicious!
