Looking for a good quality yoghurt to aid digestion. Nothing ridiculously high in sugar though?

all yogurt has some types of probiotics in it already ... you can always buy some powder probiotics to add to whatever you want or even take pill form0

In order for you to get benefits from yogurt you would have to eat at least 3 a day. It is more useful to take a probiotic supplement.
