Good job Jason! So do you have to take this test every 3rd month?

Every 6 months. I just decided in December that I didn't want to panic every 6 months any more. The max time before I fail is 13:36 so I was really close. :-P

Running in general sucks... Thats why I started COUCH TO 5K

If you need to get better at running, look into this program

However, AWESOME JOB on cutting 1.5 min off your time!!!!!!

    KEEP MOVING!

awesome job man!! I work for the Air Force and have a lot of NCO's and airman in my section that struggle with that too. How'd you do on the situps and pushups?

    Push-Ups: 59 in a minute
    Sit-ups: 58 in a minute

I've never had much trouble there, I'm just not a good runner. I'll get there though.

I was in the Navy and always struggled with that 1.5 mile run myself. I got it down to 10:15!!!!
