I made them and they are good! I followed the recipe, but used Oatmeal, instead of flax, like the OP suggested. Mine are a little undercooked. The recipe warns against overcooking them, so I took them out of the oven after 37 minutes. They were golden brown. Next time, I'll bake a couple extra minutes, maybe with tin foil to prevent them from burning. They're not raw, just soft, a little gooey. Still GOOD!!!!!!!
