I think most questions have already been answered, but if not:
WELCOME ALL!!!
This thread is open to anyone! There are no rules other than the forum rules. I we ask is that you post you starting weight at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month. You are responsible for keeping up with your weight posts. If you don't want to weigh in/post weekly, you don't have to. Pick whatever day you normally would weigh in. We all have different schedules, so find what works best for you! We all chit chat throughout the month, be it strengths/weaknesses or just in general life stuff. We love to talk with each other.

I normally weigh in on Fridays, but I'll skip tomorrow, since I weighed in today.

I am reposting and updating my "Note to Self" from February, as I am in even more dangerous rebound territory... 145 is an all-time post-baby low for me, a number I haven't seen in at least 7 or 8 years... Thrilling, but also a total invitiation to my subconscious to sabotage me.
Note to self: I know that you are really comfortable at this weight (150 plus or minus 5). Everytime you get to this weight, you somehow manage to either gain or maintain. What I want to tell you, self, is that It's ok to weigh less than 145, really it is. Just because the scale says 145 does not mean you have to eat everything in sight. Got it? 140 is a perfectly normal number, and on April 1, you will realize that. In the meantime, just trust me. And we'll worry about April in April, ok?
Also, it is critical for me to stay on track in March... My 3-month gym membership promotion was that if you lose 10 pounds (Jan - March), then you get your money back! I have 1 month left, and need to lose a few more pounds (hard to tell exactly how many because their scale is different than mine).0 -

I've been off of MFP since July, but I recently got engaged, and want to lose more weight before the wedding next year. This challenge is the perfect way to get me started up again!

I'm thinking this is just what I need! I haven't stepped on the scale since Novermber (I'm in a bit of denial after losing 50 lbs in 09-10, then sliding down that slippery slope) With that said, my weigh in day is Friday so I will have a CW and a GW and my first weigh in, tomorrow!
