I know I said I would skip today's regular weigh-in, since I just weighed in yesterday for the 1st of the month, but I've actually lost a pound, so I wanted to post it, to keep me accountable and to force me try to lose another pound before next week, instead of resting on my laurels...

Yay for march! Im back in and I have finally lost 5 pounds for the year lol

My weigh ins are on friday so ill see ya then for my weight hopefully I can get myself to exercise this week since hubby has committed to a week of staying up till noon therefore ill have help then cleaning the house and hell be sleeping at night untill 11 so it won't feel weird or awkward leaving upstairs to exercise during the only time of the day that I get to see him. : ) YAY! not permanant tho this will only happen on weeks when he has no meetings ( about one week a month ) other than that he will wake up at somewhere between 5-7 like he normally does0 -
Did first weigh-in today and I lost another pound (my original CW was last weekend) despite having a bit of a blow-out meal last night. I'm attending a birthday party meal tomorrow too, so I need to be back on the straight and narrow next week.

I love everyone's posts! So much is what is going on in my head: movtivation, accountability, milestones, set-backs, perseverance (when you absolutely feel you have nothing in the tank). I'm somewhat new to messages boards, but I'm encouraged and happy to be here.

I never weigh myself on a consistent basis. The scale always seems to psych me out.. This challenge will be a good place to get into some good habits.

Well, it's Saturday evening, and I'm still on track... Weekends are usually my downfall, with the family suppers, evening snacks, etc. I did have very limited 'treats' today, so I feel a bit indulgent, but not enough to feel guilty. I had a late breakfast, so for lunch, I opted for a Zone bar (dark chocolate almond - yum!). I went shopping and indulged in a few tasty food samples: 1 bite of a chocolate croissant type thing, and 2 mini-eggs. For supper, I made a stuffed pepper filled with taco seasoned beef and garden fresh salsa, and topped with a bit of grated cheddar. This evening marks an entire week without any major 'cheats' (planned or otherwise). That must be a new record for me. I'm off to make a cup of mango passionfruit green tea, and either watch a bit of tv or read a book.0
