Try Simply Enjoy: Mango Sorbet. 1/2 c = 80 cal. It's especially good with fresh basil or mint.
I buy it at Martins, a subsidiary of Giant stores.

I'm eating half of a baked sweet potato with a drizzle of honey and it's darn GOOD! Very sweet.

Yoplait Whips has a chocolate flavor that's really good, especially when you put it in the freezer!

I need some great options to curb my sweet tooth! I am afraid I am going to ruin all my hard work because I crave sweet things ALL the time! Ideas and recipes would be fab. Thanks:)

    Chunks of Energy: Carob&Spirulina

a teaspoon of Raw organic coconut butter...YUM, I love this stuff now--a true treat!

Big juicy organic naval oranges and big juicy red grapefruit and sweet bananas
    Fresh sweet juicy pineapple
    organic blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries

Coming soon, my favorites will be:
    Organic cherries, peaches, grapes, plums

come fall my favorites will be:
    apples, pomegranates

I ALWAYS eat sweet juicy fruits for breakfast and snack and then work-out--totally satisfies my "sweet tooth" and gives me a super boost of pure energy to make my fat cry (sweat) by exercising and/or "walking if off" shortly after consuming to burn (to a crisp) the natural sugars up.
