30 Day, 30 Minutes Challenge!!!

Who's up for a 30 day fitness challenge? Together we can pull this off! No lazy days allowed for the next 30 days:)

Here's how it will work:
For the next 30 days we each must get in at least 30 minutes of exercise. Every few days or once a week report back on your progress and how things are going. Challenge starts TODAY and ends the last day of March!!

Here's what one might write as a report
Example: March 5th- 45 min cycling
March 6th- 15 min treadmill, 20 min elliptical
March 7th~ 60 minute walk outside.
So on and so forth:)
If anyone has more ideas on how we can run this challenge let me know:)

    I would love to join this challenge. I had a tough day yesterday and just could not get the motivation to get up and get going. So this is perfect for me, off to a good start so far, just back from my first ever non-stop 5km run!! Got group training later today and if I can talk hubby into looking after the kids yet again I might try to get to the gym after that!!

    I'm in- 3/1/12-80 minutes walking; 3/2/12-70 minutes walking. We can do this!!! :drinker:

    We'll just post our workouts here from time to time. (once a week or every few days) I'm going to keep track who's all in the challenge and I'll check up on you if we dont hear from you:) Sound cool?
