March 1~ 30 min on Wii "Walk it Out"
March 2~ 15 min on Wii "Gold's Gym" cardio boxing (that just kicks my butt!); 20 min. (7 miles) stationary bike; lots of TW PGA Golf 2012
March 3~ 20 min (8 miles) stationary bike; 120 min. TW PGA Golf; 20 min. walking dogs.

I like this because another MFPer said this is Melting March Madness so I need to get on the ball but are you going to make this a Group?? I find it hard to find these after we suggest it?? I love it though!

I walked one hour Saturday(3/3) at the Auction and two hours Sunday (3/4)at the Flea Market just to get out of the house, add some movement and enjoy the sunshine. I'll pledge to do 30 minutes a day.0 -

I had to wait to start on March 4 because I did an indoor tri on Sunday that I needed to rest for. Glad I could kick off my 30 days with it!
