    Crockpot Chicken

(I love Slow Cooker Liners by Reynolds..makes clean up soooo easy)

Whole Chicken (Thawed) breast side up
3 lemons cut in half, squeeze over chicken and place rinds in crockpot..including inside cavity
Pack of fresh rosemary, put a couple twigs in cavity and just place rest around chicken
salt, pepper and Tony Cacheres..season chicken
Cook on high for 6-8 hours

Serve with Salad and Veggie on the side
This is one of my favorites

PS..if you are on facebook, check out Crockin Girls..they have lots of recipes
  • 1 & 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts/tenders
1/2 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
    one small-medium onion diced

Put it in the crock pot in the morning. Chicken practically shreds itself, but use 2 forks to pull apart the chicken (while its in the slow cooker - no extra dishes) before you serve it on hamburger buns. If you think its a little dry, add another 1/4c. of bbq sauce to the slow cooker before you dish it out. Super easy, my girls love it.

Not sure if this was mentioned since I don't feel like reading everything...lol

    Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

5 lb pork shoulder or butt in crock pot, add 2 liter of root beer (or enough to cover pork). Let cook on low for 6-7 hours. Pull out of slow cooker, dump the root beer, shred the pork. Mix with your favorite bbq sauce....(Sweet Baby Ray's....mmmm). I've made this many many times and it always comes out amazing.

It means they want to be able to come back later and find it easily! By posting something they'll be able to see it in their newsfeed...

My kids absolute favorite and they're picky!!!!!!!!

    Chicken Stroganoff

    1 lb chicken breast - boneless/skinless
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can cream mushroom soup (fat free)
1 16 oz container sour cream (fat free)

Mix onion soup, mushroom soup & sour cream together in bowl. Pour into crockpot. Submerge the chicken into the mixture. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.

I put into recipe builder and came up with this (serving 6)
    167 cals / 17 carbs / 4g fat / 22g protein / 6g sugar
