Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge.
Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

FYI You can only edit your post for about an hour after you post it. You can either copy and paste into a reply or quote your last post to update

Also please do not promote other similar challenges in this one. I didn't put this challenge in the groups so it is easy to find for new people as this is not a closed challenge and open to everyone. It would be hard to find in the groups and a lot of newbies would miss it.

    I'm doing this again. Let's see if I meet my 4500 calories this week. I was short by 732 last week :(

    Week 21 for me and in for 5,000 calories burned!

    Completed Week 1 and went over my goal. :happy: I'm a little worried about this week, but I think I'll somehow manage.

    I will do this again! this week I am focusing more on strength training so calories burned will be lower.

    I'm down to do this!1 i need the extra motivation! This is the last week in our weight loss program at work AND TOM is in town so I can use that extra push!
