    March 1~ 30 min on Wii "Walk it Out"
    March 2~ 15 min on Wii "Gold's Gym" cardio boxing (that just kicks my butt!); 20 min. (7 miles) stationary bike; lots of TW PGA Golf 2012
    March 3~ 20 min (8 miles) stationary bike; 120 min. TW PGA Golf; 20 min. walking dogs.

  • me too! i have those days where i do a massive work out and those where I cant get off the sofa!

    3rd March- 30mins football, 30 mins badminton, 1h cleaning the house

    I like this because another MFPer said this is Melting March Madness so I need to get on the ball but are you going to make this a Group?? I find it hard to find these after we suggest it?? I love it though!

    I'm still new to MFP and I really don't know how to go about making this a group. I would have to play around, I'll let you know,

    March 1: 30 walking brisk pace and 20 minutes slow pace

    March 2: 20 minutes walking brisk pace and 30 minutes slow pace

    March 3: 30 minutes Yoga and 20 minutes walking slow pace

    March 4: Goal 30 minutes brisk pace walking

    I walked one hour Saturday(3/3) at the Auction and two hours Sunday (3/4)at the Flea Market just to get out of the house, add some movement and enjoy the sunshine. I'll pledge to do 30 minutes a day.

    I had to wait to start on March 4 because I did an indoor tri on Sunday that I needed to rest for. Glad I could kick off my 30 days with it!

    Mar 4-Day 1- 60 mins (10min swim, 30 min bike, 20 min run)

    Here's my report so far...

    March 2nd - 30 Minutes of Zumba/Dance Central for XBox
    March 3rd - 40 Minutes walking the dog, 45 minutes Dance Central for XBox
    March 4th - 60 minutes walking the dog, 60 minutes of Zumba
    March 5th - 60 minutes of Zumba

    OK, starting late because I just joined my fitness pal, but this challenge could be great for me, I've never stuck with an exercise plan for more than a week.
