Great on brown rice-cakes, with a couple of slices of tomato, basil and some black pepper!! Or even try hummus with the same!!

I spread it on almond nut thins. I can't have regular cracker due to a gluten intolerance.

I only skimmed the other comments so I am not sure if someone has already added this but I love the swiss one spread on apples!

I like on crackers and celery, but it works well on a sandwich in place of mayo or something like that and you don't have to add the higher calorie cheese slice either.

I use the French Onion kind with Special K chips as a chip and dip alternative when I eat sandwiches or just want a salty snack.

I like it on Wheat thins or low-cal crackers. Or with celery.

Tuscan herb crackers with the swiss cheese laughing cow. I also like to make a laughing cow and strawberry jam sandwich - a family favorite for us!

I like to spread it on a Flat Out (wrap) or other low cal tortilla. Then I put a large handful of spinach or salad mix, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. If I have some leftover chicken breast or shrimp, I will put that in there and wrap it up. Oh it is SOOO good!

I like it on the Wasa crackers too.

I melt it with spaghetti, melted with steamed spinach is REALLY good.

    my favorite breakfast is
    1/2 onion bagel
medium egg fried with just Pam
1 laughing cow chipolte, swiss or tomato mozz,
1 slice of precooked bacon heated and broken into bite size pieces.

Open face egg sandwich, about 250 calories. :)
