    Like the OP I work in a property management company. This makes me an evil Landlord. However, in my case it is a life long venture.

    What do you do at your company? I say it's not lifelong for me because there is no room to move up. Unfortunately that is a deal breaker for me at some point.

    Pretty much the same as you. Perhaps the biggest difference is I own a small portion of the company as well. We are a small company and there are only two of us that work here. Both employees are owners. Been in the business for 10+ years.

    I am an LPN in a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon's Office. It's such a rewarding job to be a part of helping disfigured people (because of trauma and cancer) regain their identity :)

    I have a home base daycare of 12 kids. I have kids 10 weeks to age 5 right now. My daycare day starts at 6:30am and I'm done at 5:15pm. I also work part time for a management company. I manage a 17unit income base apartment complex. I'm the evil landlord that doesn't allow anyone to be more than a couple days late with rent!

    I'm an accountant. I work in a school, love it. Definitely my job for life, nice colleagues, nice holidays, lovely environment. The time flies.

    Its weird I keep having a recurring dream that I left and went to work at a previous employer and I am very unhappy there, massive mistake - I reckon its my wake up call that I am happy where I am and dont even think about changing anything - NOT that I am - could never leave here - I love my job ! Weird dream though .................

    BTW thats the 9-5 part ---- outside of those times I am a
    Mum, Wife, Driver, Taxi, Cleaner, Negotiator, DIY expert, Painter, Singer, Musician, Community Activist !, Teacher, Cook, etc etc etc the list is endless ! And thats my ode to all the MFP mums !

    I am the Finance/Human Resources Director for a mineral mining company. I also work in a restaurant as a server part-time, do some political consulting projects on a as needed basis, and do marketing and event coordination for the West Coast Brew Fest (seasonal).

    My future goals are to be a drug and alcohol interventionist and a yoga teacher.

    Currently I sell phones, computers, tablets, and do tech support. It pays well, and has good benefits but it's temporary. I got my BBA in marketing a few years ago and gonna go back to school for graphic design and/or writing...so I can get into what I actually want :)

    I have been a stay at home mom for the last 8 years (my husband is the Director of IT for a newspaper). Our youngest, 5 yr old twins, start kindergarten in the fall. I think I am going to look into going back to school when they do. I trained to be a medical assistant, but want to pursue something different. I am not sure what yet though.

    Me too! Sort of...I'm actually a misdemeanor prosecutor and law professor, but I am finishing my M.Ed. in Instructional Design & Technology this semester.
