Made this tonight with 1% cottage cheese, 1 scoop of body fortress chocolate powder, 1 packet of Truvia (which I probably didn't need), 1/2 cup of Silk unsweetened almond milk instead of water, and a handful of frozen strawberries. AMAZING. I was full for hours and it was so thick that it took me about 45 minutes to drink it through a straw. A delicious way to satisfy me after tonight's gym session!0
