    eat smaller portions more frequently and you wont be hungry. im 5'4 and 249 and im only consuming 1200. try lean cuisines. They help tremendously and taste good too. good luck

    Congratulations on all of your hard work and success! It was so nice to see the photos as my first goal is to lose 30 lbs... more to go after that, but I'm trying to set small-ish goals so it's not so overwhelming. It was really nice to see what a difference 35 lbs. can make!
