Neither- stick with water.0

I say neither but if you must have one, I'd say Coke Zero, less sugar to me.0
-
We are a Diet Pepsi household but there is something off to the taste of Pepsi Max (ginseng or the extra caffine perhaps) so I would go for Coke Zero if those are your only 2 choices.0
-
I like them both, but Pepsi Max has more caffeine! Mmmmm....Caffeine!0

Most on here will say don't drink either but I drink at least one a day. Keeps me sane with eating better overall and holds off my appetite sometimes along with keeping my sweet tooth in check. To answer your question, I like both but if I had to choose it would be Pepsi Max. Man, it tastes like the real thing!! Drink up!!0
-
I like them both to be honest.0
-
They are both gross... Drink your water and splurge with a normal coke or pepsi every once and a while0
-
The gingseng and other crap in Pepsi Max makes me jittery and I don't like the way it tastes, so definately Coke Zero for me!0
-
I am addicted to PEPSI MAX.....0

neither, but pepsi max tastes better than coke!0

Cherry Coke Zero is my favorite!0

Neither.
skipping soda all together (diet soda or not ) will increase your weight loss. Especially if you replace it with tons of water.
- ex diet coke addict. Clean for 9 months. :happy:0 -
I do diet rite because it doesn't have aspertame. It's also 0 calories, sugar, carbs and so on. However, it also doesn't have caffeine...which has been an adjustment to say the least.0

Coke Zero if you have the need for something other than water. I don't drink it every day but probably have a couple over the course of a week.0
-
Coke Zero! On some days if you cut me I would bleed that stuff but for the most part I try to keep my consumption low. But I really enjoy a nice cold can.0
-
Neither lol but I'm a Pepsi type of guy so if I'm going to drink one I'd go for the Max0
-
Whichever is cheaper.0

^^^ This. While diet pepsi is my first choice, coke zero is my second choice. I wasn't a fan of pepsi max. Tasted strange to me.0 -
I don't drink coffee and need the caffeine, but I go with Diet Mt Dew. I try to stay away from dark colored beverages. However, I do like a Cherry Coke Zero every now and then with a LOT of water!0
-
Coke Zero just because I hate Pepsi. I drink one Coke Zero a day to wake me up in the morning because I don't drink coffee, the rest of the day I drink lots of water. Drinking either one will not hinder your weight loss0

Cherry Coke Zero is my favorite!
I like that too!0 -

I'm addicted to Diet Coke and refuse to give it up.
I've tried many times and can't.0 -
Pepsi max makes me deathly ill. Love diet dr. pepper. Tastes like the real thing!0

Use to really like Pepsi One but can't hardly get that anywhere. I'm a Pepsi person myself for the full fledge sugar filled drink but I don't really like any of the Diet Pepsi products currently out there so if I splurge I do Coke Zero.
I know I'm weird. I like Real Pepsi and "diet" Coke. I don't really like Real Coke or "diet" Pepsi.
Then again, I only allow myself to drink any of the cola sodas when I'm at the movies. So maybe once a month.0 -
I've pretty much cut out soda completely now. I used to LOVE Coke Zero, and I have been absolutely shocked & pretty proud (*pats self on back) that I only have soda maybe every two weeks or so now. That was a big deal for me, and I was able to quit without getting the headaches that I used to get when I tried to quit. I upped my water in-take before cutting out soda & then weaning myself off. It worked really well for me!
If you are going to drink the soda I would recommend Coke Zero. I've never been a Pepsi person. I've always preferred Coke or Dr. Pepper. I also like Dr. Pepper 10. It's 20 calories for the bottle or 10 for a can (I believe). I have heard bad things about artificial sweeteners and things in sodas. I've heard that it's better to just drink the regular soda if you are going to drink soda, but I don't really care for the taste of regular soda anymore after having the Diet/Zero ones for so long. When I want a little caffeine or just something other than water, flavored water, or whatever I will usually go for the Coke Zero or Dr. Pepper 10. Anyway, my 2 cents given. Good luck to you!0 -

A beverage that has zero calories cannot contribute to weight gain. Eliminating it cannot contruibute to weight loss.
