I'm 20, and also looking to loose around 60lbs. though my plan is to brake it up into 15 pound increments so it doesn't seem so daunting. I know i can do it to, but motivation is something that comes and goes with me, so support is a must!0

Hi there. 60lbs was my goal amount to lose, am down 21lbs so far. I have broken it up into smaller goals.....lose 10lbs...lose 10% body weight.....get under obese BMI category etc etc. Feel free to add me. The more supportive friends i have the better. Best of luck on your journey.0

You can do it. I was at 308 lbs and I am now at 275. And it's a lot harder when you get older. I am 43.

I needed to lose at least 77 pounds. 21 down so far, but I reckon that's the easy weight gone. The next 56 is going to be tough.

I plan to lose about 50 in total. I'm taking it slowly. I've rushed weight loss before and yes it has worked but it would creep back on, luckily I've caught it at the right time this time

:huh: I am 39 I did weigh a couple of months ago 214 now down to 208 wanting to lose at least 50 lbs by next Christmas, goals are small but if I accomplish them I'll be happy. I want to be healthy and feel better so I can participate more with my daughters activities and not be so tired all the time. I actually did a work out a couple of days ago and pulled a muscle in my back so thats a set back for a few weeks but hoping if I keep up with my food diary it will help.0
