      Hi Thanku everyone, A few people have asked how long it has taken me and if i had any tips,

      Well i began my weight loss last january i had the few breaks for holidays and while recovering from operation, birthdays christmas etc,

      No real tips - exercise as much as you can i know they say its more diet than exercise but i have found that exercise was the key 4 me, which i believe is why i've lost so many inches.

      Drink plenty of water

      Eat when hungry - your body knows when it wants food, everything in moderation - even if it means not eating all calories or going over slightly as long as its not all the time your be fine.

      Ok I have a sort of personal question for you...in your before pics you have what I like to call a "kangaroo pouch". Its that part of the belly that hangs down and covers the hoooo haaaa. LOL.. Anyway, your recent pics do not show this kangaroo pouch any longer. I have lost 62 pounds and I still have that dang pouch. Were you able to have the skin go back to place or do you have skin that still hangs down now that the fat is gone? I know...freaky question but I am just curious what to expect. Thanks :) and you look Freaking fantabulous!!!
