      Hey just wanted to say congratulations. It is never easy to deal with losing a lot of weight, but it does our hearts good to see other peoples success. I need to lose 40lbs to be in my goal weight. It is harder after fifty. Stay trim for your lifetime. You'll always be thankful you did.

      I used to be really fit and healthy and then let myself slide this last 2 years - I'm only 24 and I'm trying to get myself back to what I used to be by the time I turn 25...and then from there on in I'll be trying to stay trim and healthy, eating right and exercising my whole life - as you say, I'll be thankful if I do.

      Hey Kyli, Its me. Thanks for the link. I wish I had gotten on here before I had already lost 33 pounds. I still want at least 5 more pounds off. I think I have a second wind to accomplish that now. That puppy is cute. Looks like he just wants to get back to his nap. You look different in person than you do in that pic. You look younger in person. TTYL
