I was 220lbs at 5ft 2inch. I am now 122lbs and wanna weigh 115lbs0

The most I have ever weighed was 264. Currently I weigh 216 and my goal is to weigh 170.0

Height 5'6", Starting weight 12/28/11 = 214, current weight 3/9/12 = 191
Heaviest BP (before pregnancy) = 194 (at age 24)
Heaviest I've ever been was 222, the day I gave birth to my oldest son (at age 36)
My goal weight is 136. If that's too difficult to maintain, I'd be thrilled with 139-141.0 -

The most I have ever weighed was 165. My goal weight is 130, but I will play it by ear. I am old and don't want to look too sick and baggy. I am exercising, so hopefully that will help the baggy look. I am 5'3" and 57 yrs old.0

Just recently started the long journey 6lb down so far and going strong I hope0 -
I'm about 5'7" and my highest was what I began with this past January at 219 lbs
My current is about 204 and my goal will eventually be 150-160 even though I have it set for 170 right now.
Sounds high, but my frame is bigger/athletic and I looked gaunt before when I was at 150. (hopefully strength training now will help with that and I'll still be around 150!)0 -
Heaviest weight was 251 back in 2003.
Current weight today is around 195.
Goal weight: 1450 -
I am 5'1 highest was 143...Goal weight was 125..Current 123.80

Outside of pregnancy, the most I have ever weighed was 152 on my 5'8" frame. This was just after I really learned to cook! Alfredo sauces, seafood, home made pasta, crème Brule, Italian pastry, etc. I like to eat well and have a weakness for good wine! My goal is to tone up while looking and feeling better. Lowest adult weight was 117 and best overall tone and build was at 142. I am not sure that I am going to look at the scale too much longer but will focus on measurements instead. Working toward some great measurements (I hope!)0

The most I've ever weighed was 170 (very briefly, kinda made me step back and go 'Whoa!! :noway:). I'm 5'5" I started here weighing 153, I'm currently around 147 (haven't been on the scales in a while due to a challenge issued by a friend here on MFP, hoping it's lower).....my goal is 125 unless I find something along the way that I'm satisfied with.0
