    wow you look fantastic and very very happy!:happy: well done! How did you do it.. any pointers.. I am starting over.. am much older than you and as one follower said... I also tossed a couple kids out of me and have never been the same... busy life has led to me neglecting me... I need to change that if I want to be around for grandkids some day... ( hoping that is still way way off but still have to think about it!)
