I would love to be a director, music vids, documentaries, short films, full lengths, TV etc. I did direct and edit a few live performances years ago, awesome experience, I would love to do that full time.
http://youtu.be/OsnninqmOx0 Band: Among Criminals Style: Rock / Reggae The audio isn't great and I didn't have the best equipment for the shoot.
http://youtu.be/OZ_S_OGlM0o Band: Among Criminals This is one of my favorites, the band pretty much just started jamming out of sheer boredom from me getting everything set, Which is why there is a long star field sequence in the beginning. I had the audio but no footage. I was able to get an incredible audio mix direct from the sound board!
http://youtu.be/NHDj3Vt9i8Y Band: Divide the Sky Style: Metalcore I did this as promo bit for a local band at a popular concert spot. I had an amazing set of cameras and a great crew, too bad not much more came out of it.

For me I want to be able to make a difference. Once I get my basic training in to be a Personal Trainer I want to specialise in the lines of child fitness and nutrition and work towards educating children in how to keep themselves fit and make good food choices.

I love children and have always known I wanted a career in childcare from a young age. I currently work as a nursery assistant and I want this to help me get to the top, I want to run my own nursery in the near future.
When I am fully recovered I also want to set up a charity, specifically for eating disorder sufferers and their families. I want it to be a clinic where you can just pop in when needed, somewhere where you can talk or vent and not be judged. I'm not trying to say professionals don't know what they're doing in regards to this field, but just because a professional has studied it, it doesn't mean they know how it feels. Some of the doctors I've had were so rude, how does shouting at me encourage me to eat sorry? Of course I haven't studied it but I know full well of the effects, the damage it does to your body, what it can and will lead to but I also know how it effects you mentally. I know the feeling of being too scared to eat because you can't lose that control, which is something doctors just don't understand. People with eating disorders know it is hurting their bodies, we're not stupid. Last year I had this really rude doctor tell me I was killing myself, it wasn't the fact he said that, it was his tone of voice, it's patronising, I'm not dumb. I just want the clinic to be a place of support for both sufferers and the sufferers loved ones.

been in construction for 10 yrs since leaving school, now quit my career and am at the point where I would like to try something else, like mental health worker, or helping homeless people, or kids that had a bad start in life, something along those lines, just not sure what yet, something that will give me happiness. I have seen the light that its not all about money now.

any suggestions, im a sensitive soul.
  • Volunteer, it will give you an idea if you actually like something, or if you like it in theory. Also see if you can make contact with people working in the field, so you can interview them about their job, and possibly do a bit of job shadowing to see what the job is really like. While empathy is important in the helping professions, I don't know if a sensitive soul is, work on having a strong soul.
  • Honestly, my ultimate career would be not having to work. I would like to continue to volunteer (currently with B&G Club). I would like to travel, and spend time in developing countries, and see if there was a volunteer role I could take on that could help a community. I really want to go to Thailand, and work on anti-human trafficking projects.
I reality, I am going to be a teacher.

I'm currently going to school for Hospitality Management - I'd love to travel around opening hotels. I've done it twice, it's a lot of hard work - but I love it!

Using the internet to decentralize media, including news, movies, tv, and books. It's already happening with music, yet another reason why music is awesome.

A mattress tester or anything that I could do from home and was good at.

As you can tell I'm really struggling to work out what I want to do with my life, luckily I'm only 30!

I absolutely love planning trips to National Parks and fun places in between. I've helped so many friends plan trips and I have planned 3 major ones in the past 6 years and it is definitely my passion. I am really good at it and would love to do it full time but have no idea how to make any money doing it. :(
  • I am doing my ultimate career. :) I'm able to do presentations in front of 1000-4500 people a few times a month and i LOVE it. :)

Now I wonder if we have similar ideas to what the testing would involve!
