I'm a little late, and this is the first challenge I've done, but here it goes. Is the goal weight supposed to be the goal for the week or the goal oaverall??

Did second weigh-in today and I lost another pound even though I spent the best part of last Sunday afternoon in a Turkish restaurant having lovely food and drinking lots of wine while celebrating the birthday of a friend.
I was on the straight and narrow for the rest of the week and added some extra cycling on the exercise bike, so very pleased.
