    I appear to be the only Welsh one here :)

    I'm from South Yorkshire (Near Doncaster/Rotherham/Sheffield) but my Grandma's parents were Welsh so I am adamant that I'm "part Welsh"! My partner laughs at me and says that probably my little fingernail is Welsh! I'm proud of my Welsh heritage!

    Hi, i'm in essex. I used to be in the military until last year. Was very fit, then got injured, had to have two surgeries on my foot. I was bed and wheelchair bound for a good year. I'm now back up and walking again, but my fitness has gone and my weight is well up.

    :) Using this to track my daily intact and get back to my original shape.

    I'm from Bradford but moved to Canada guess home will allways be where the heart is

    A good tip would be to cook in cup sizes then it's easyier to keep track of what you eat
