Your arms/hands are shaking so much you can't make dinner0

You are tempted to ask someone to push you down the stairs, because it seems like that would be less painful than walking down.0

You're too sore to get off the toilet.
Happened too many times!0 -
When you get to the top of the stairs and hope that your legs don't give out on you as you walk down. Which is usually followed by "Thank you God" when you actually get to the bottom.0

the woman in the local shop asks you if you are ok and if you need a doctor!! Yes - that has happened!0

- when your gluts hurt so badly that sitting on the toilet is uncomfortable/painful
- you apologize to people for your uncombed hair, because your arms are too sore to raise them high enough to comb/brush your hair
- sneezing becomes an uncomfortable/painful experience after a very vigorous ab workout0 -
When you break to get a drink, and your 16 oz. water bottle now weighs 22 pounds!0

You get home from the gym and your 3 yr old son says
"Mommy, are your balls all sweaty?"

That as a girl, you've dripped a tonne of sweat over the EXERCISE BIKE!
Or you have to take a 40 minute "sit-down" shower!
Or you're so drained of muscle energy, you can barely pull open the door!
Or you can't be bothered to cook and just crash instead!0 -

when you are forced to take the elevator up one flight to the locker room (yes there's an elevator...for the very old and handicapped) because the only way you're gettin up the steps is by crawling....
I've done this twice in the last 3 weeks (sometimes that second hour of spin can be fun - but its almost always completely debilitating!)
Secretly, I enjoy this feeling - you know you've left it all out there on the floor when you need to take the elevator up...0 -
You step out of your post-workout shower and immediately start sweating again, requiring you to get back into the shower.
This happens to me every day during the summer, even when I don't work out.
I do that too.....I always get a really hot shower and then I turn it on cold like a min before I get out. Its nice.....0 -
When you're walking like you dropped the soap in prison due to some heavy squats.
LOL! That is me today!!0 -
When i can't pick myself up after my last exercise or the legs and abs kill after the extra mile I pushed myself to do.0

I'm not working out hard enough until at least one person says, "Are you OK???"0

You use the handicapped shower at the gym because standing up for the length of the shower really is just not an option.
OR...after a looooonnngggg run, you have raw rubbed sore spots under your boobies from your jog bra.0 -
You get out of bed in the morning and almost collapse because your calves HATE you for that run you did one or two days ago.0
