    3/05: 227.6 (I got really bad allergies a couple days ago and my throat has been SO SORE. To soothe it I've been downing hot tea with honey like it's no body's business. I was happy and not shocked to see such a drop in lbs after so much liquid was taken in.)
    3/12: 229.8 I'm retaining a TON of water from working my muscles out. If anyone has any tips on either preventing this or curing this PLEASE message me. I'm sad to see my 4lb loss go away just because I wanted to work on my strength training.

    Been feeling ill all week and not much better today. No appetite but I have been hitting my cal goal so hopefully the weight will keep dropping and stay down.

    It was lower yesterday for my official weight in but I suspect that was due to de-hydration.

    please say some prayers for me, i have either pnemonia or bronchitis and with the medical issues I have its very dangerous for me to be sick. i cant workout but im eating as good as i can. thank you all.

    Obviously last Monday there was some water retention going on... Can't believe I dropped 4lb in a week...

    I've tried to edit the spreadsheet to add my weigh in but I don't seem to be able... I've logged into google and all... is there something else I should be doing???

    only the inventor of this challenge can change the spreadsheet, she is busy but will read your post and fix it asap.

    This is correct. I am the only person that can edit the spreadsheet. That is because when I allowed others formulas would accidental get deleted. I will edit the spread sheet Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning.

    Down 5.6lbs since the last weigh in!!! My goal is 8.2lbs away but I would really be happy with 146.5 by the end of the month. Hope everyone else is doing great. Congrats on all the losses this week. Keep up the hard work!

    My report on the weekly challenge:

    I finally managed to find time today (Monday) to do it. I rarely exercise but when I do I like to randomly pick a DVD work out. I have got 10 min solutions DVDs, Davina's fitness DVDs and Cindy Craword's DVDs so my workout can be anything form 10 to 50 min long. So today I was lucky and randomly picked a 10 min Cindy workout BUT then went out for a 15 min extra run! Mission completed.
