    I see your'e in the U.K. The recipe sounds delicious but I'm wary of bean sprouts here (Canada). In the past few years we've had numerous warnings of bean sprouts contaminated with salmonella. It's become so common I just don't buy them at all anymore although I love them. You don't have a problem with that over there?

    I have heard about the Shirataki noodles but no store in my area sells them. I guess I will have to suck it up and order them online.

    I LOVE the Shiratake noodles BUT they need to be rinsed well or- yucksville!
    your recipe sounds delish and since I'm only 8 blocks from the best Asian market in America ( Uwajimaya) I'm stopping on my way home and getting some !!! ( Did I mention I'm going to walk there?) YAY MFP !
