Oh, I'd go for Cheesestrings. 69 calories and you can have fun eating them.
Or something MINTY! I swear, the amount of times I have been saved by tic-tacs and polo mints and sugar-free chewing gum.0 -
For a relatively substantial snack that's still less than 200 calories, I'll either have 3/4 cup of low fat Greek yogurt (usually Fage 2% for me) and 100g of fresh berries, or I'll have a small or medium apple sliced with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Either of those will hold me over for a couple of hours.0

4 oz yogurt pack for approximately 60 calories. I sometimes add fruit or cereal to the yogurt as well but I try to keep it under 100 calories. After reading thelaughing cow with celery I am thinking about getting plain yogurt and dipping the celery.0

I like to have a cup of mixed fruit (mostly berries - blue, black, straw, and rasp!) with just a bit of Godiva or Ghiradelli's dark chocolate sauce on top. Yum! Yum! Yum!!0
-
sugar free fudgesicle for 40 calories a popsicle
Weight Watchers smoked mozz string cheese for 50 calories and sometimes I eat that with five olives (25 calories per 5) or a dill pickle
Mott's no sugar added applesauce with a little cinnamon for about 50 calories
hunt's sugar free pudding snack packs for 60 calories0 -

Yum! I so needed this thread as I'm about ready to snack but I want to watch my calories so that I can have a nice dinner tonight with the family! Thanks everybody!0

Laughing Cow lite Swiss cheese wedge and 8-10 Special K Multigrain crackers. It's my favorite.0

I like to make things like "no bake energy bites": They're a mix of peanut butter, some honey, chocolate chips, oats, flax meal, coconut, any other mixins you want. Just google no bake energy bites. They're about 100 cals a piece and have a bunch of protein and are delicious!
Also I love air-popped popcorn because like 6 cups of it (popped) is like 120 cals. It's SO much food. I put a half - 3/4 tablespoon of melted butter on it with a little salt and it's low cal but also super filling and satisfying.0 -
I love JR Dippers. The cracker and cheese ones. That way I can get my crunchy and cheesy fixes for only 77 cal. Excellent.0

Celery!! If you dont like it on its own, get vegetable salsa (not the Doritoes kind, the kind you get in fridges!) as a quarter of a pot is about 30 calories and celery has virtually nothing in it, so its about as low calorie as it can be, so you could pretty much have as much as you want! Its not for everyone though!0

I like ak mak's if I'm not cutting carbs. (115 for 5 pieces)
OR
I have been eating low cal/fat cheddar cheese sticks at 70 per between meals if I start to feel hungry.
I'd love to get more ideas. I do love nuts but they can add up quickly!
I LOVE Ak Mak! With tuna0 -
My snacks are unhealthy compared to everyone else's here, lol. I love Special K's cracker chips and just discovered yummy Clif bars.0
-
sugar free jell-o for my sweet tooth
^^This. Love it!!0 -
bacon? eggs? turkey thighs? YES!0

I love 100 calorie almond packs.
3 stalks of celery with one wedge of light swiss Laughing Cow cheese on top. (1 wedge fits 3 medium size stalks very well)
greek yogurt (6 oz = 90 calories for Fage 0%), mix a packet of Truvia in it.
Rolled up lunch meat.0 -
Before dieting, I loved cheese and crackers. I simulate that with Special K crackers and laughing cow cheese spread.
24 crackers are 120 calories, 3 grams fat, 3 grams protein, zero carb.
1 Wedge of the cheese is 35 calories, 1.5grams fat, 2 grams Protein, and only 1 carb. Why not have 2!0 -
A couple of slices of thin roast chicken (no skin) (8cal a small thin slice) or wafter thin ham! (12kCal a slice)
I do this and wrap it with lettuce for a quick snack.0 -
I just ate some grape tomatoes sprinkled with Garlic and Herb Mrs Dash and it was pretty satisfying.
Actually whole roasted garlic cloves would be delicious as a snack or spread on a cracker. As a bonus it would keep co-workers away.0 -
Multigrain Cheerios ... I cup = 140 calories.0
