I have updated all of the current info in the spreadsheet. Congrats to everyone that has stuck with it this far. Let's help to encourage those that are struggling. I just did the first round of cuts for the people that had never checked back in. We are down for 178 to 129! EEKK Hopefully we don't drop too many more. Remember that if you miss more than 2 weigh ins in a row you will be cut from the challenge. We have several people that didn't check in this week. Please don't get discouraged and stick it out. It does take hard work to achieve your goals!

Our biggest loser of the week is usmcwife15 with an outstanding 5.6 pounds gone! Keep up the hard work!
Both newbeetler and unrulygurl dropped an amazing 5 pounds this week!! GREAT WORK!!

Great job on all the losses this week that is fantastic!
This weeks challenge is to do something fun while burning your calories. Maybe something you really want to do but haven't had the guts to try like a zumba class at the gym or roller blading. Anything you want to do but have fun while doing it and of course try something new. You never know, you make absolutely love it! :happy:0 -
